The NDI Group will build a modern swimming complex in Warsaw!

The NDI Group has signed a contract for the construction of a modern swimming complex on Ostródzka Street in Warsaw. The new swimming pool will become one of the most modern sports and recreation facilities in the capital.

It will include: an eight-lane sports pool, a recreational pool with a relaxation area, a swimming teaching pool, a paddling pool for children and water slides up to 140 metres long. The facility will also feature a sauna area and a 150-seat grandstand for spectators.

The project envisages the construction of an environmentally friendly facility – the building will be equipped with a green roof and a photovoltaic installation, and the entire infrastructure will be adapted to the needs of people with disabilities.

The contract also includes the construction of footpaths, car parks, playgrounds, a flow park recreation area and small architectural elements.

The contract is worth PLN 92.6 million gross, and the work is scheduled for completion in the second half of 2027.
