The Haffner Centre Investment Project among the winners of the competition for Top Commercial Investments in Urban Space

We are pleased to share the news that the Haffner Centre investment project, which is our Sopot Downtown Development Project, was selected one of five winners of the 1st edition of the Competition for Commercial Top Investments in Urban Space held in Katowice on 14 May 2013 on the occasion of the European Economic Congress.

The goal set by the Competition organisers was to honour those development projects of the recent decade which have pertained substantially to improved life quality in the city, enriched the city’s offer addressed at business, tourism, culture, and entertainment, contributed to revitalisation of the degraded city quarters, and become a recognizable hallmark of the agglomeration.

The Haffner Centre Project has joined such renowned investments as: the ‘Manufaktura’ in Łódź, ‘Stary Browar’ in Poznań, and the new traffic centre in Katowice. Our project won appreciation among the jury not only as the new flagship of Sopot, but also as an example of a successful venture pursued in the PPP formula.
