The construction of modern roads connecting the towns of Borówiec, Koninko and Poznań–Krzesiny Airport was carried out on behalf of the District Roads Authority in Poznań. The project included the construction and expansion of District Road No. 2489P and a newly designed road in Koninko. The total length of the reconstructed sections is almost 3.5 km.

The scope of the project included the construction of a 7-metre-wide carriageway with a reinforced pavement, sidewalks, bicycle paths, as well as a complete drainage and lighting system. The works also included the construction of an overpass over Railway Line No. 272 (Kluczbork–Poznań Główny) and two bridge structures over the Kopla River. Thanks to the investment, residents gained convenient access to the S11 expressway, improving regional connectivity, shortening travel times and relieving traffic on other roads in the municipalities of Kórnik and Mosina.

The project also included the expansion of supporting infrastructure, including the reconstruction of intersections and underground utility networks. These improvements enhanced traffic flow and increased the investment attractiveness of the south-eastern part of Poznań County.

The project was carried out by a consortium of NDI Energy and NDI S.A. as the general contractor. The total investment cost exceeded PLN 105 million (gross).
