NDI on the effective delivery of investment projects at the Ukraine Recovery Conference

The NDI Group participated in the Ukraine Recovery Conference, meeting with representatives of the public sector, business community and international institutions. It provided an excellent opportunity to discuss future investments and establish new relationships that may result in collaboration on infrastructure projects.

Małgorzata Winiarek-Gajewska, President of the Management Board, spoke about NDI’s track record and future capabilities during the panel discussion ‘Polish experience in the delivery of road and rail infrastructure projects’. Among other things, she pointed out that the key to efficient project delivery lies in the consistent streamlining of processes, developing standards and building predictability as well as continuity in proceedings. She also shared NDI’s experiences related to delivering projects under the PPP framework, highlighting both the challenges and the opportunities that this cooperation model brings.
