We’re picking up the pace on the MTG construction project

Work on the next phase of the MTG complex is gaining momentum. We are currently focusing on completing the entrance area, which will house hotel facilities.

Partition walls, plasterwork, and floor screeds—smooth layers that level the subfloor and prepare it for the final flooring—have already been completed, and aluminium joinery has been installed. Tiling work is underway, along with the installation of modular ceilings, wall cladding, and plumbing, electrical, and telecommunications systems. The installation of interior elevators is also in progress.

In the hotel section, room partition walls have already been erected, and utility risers and cabling have been installed. Here, we have also begun pouring the screeds for the floors.

Outside the building, work is underway on the roof and facade. On the hall side, the facade has already been completed, and the scaffolding has been dismantled.
