This is a modernist development located at Rydygiera 6 in Warsaw’s Żoliborz district.

The project includes two cosy buildings with a total of 234 flats, varying in size from 27 to 113 m2.

The height of the flats in the entire building A is almost 3 m (2.99 m), and in building B it is 2.7 m.

On the ground floor, commercial premises have been created to house shops and service outlets necessary for the residents.
