The project involved the construction of four 5-storey residential buildings together with an underground car park and the reconstruction of the access road.

A total of 89 turnkey flats were planned in the buildings.

Each of the flats has been designed with a living room, bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet room. Dressing rooms have also been designed in most of the flats.

An underground garage with 89 parking spaces has been constructed under the buildings.

A playground and an outdoor gym have been made available to residents, and the entire estate is fenced and monitored.
