Reconstruction of the Bytom tram track (ul. Katowicka)
In November 2017, a contract was signed for the implementation of an investment project involving the alteration of the tram tracks in Bytom along ul. Katowicka on the section from pl. Sikorskiego to ul. Siemianowicka (construction of the second track).
The scope of the investment project covered:
- 1.7 km of single track, comprehensive replacement of ballastless track pavement,
- alteration of the water supply network,
- alteration of roads and sidewalks,
- land development
- reconstruction of the catenary network along with power cables,
- securing networks in conflict with the investment project or their alteration.
