Modernization of railway line 353 on the Inowrocław-Toruń-Jabłonowo Pomorskie section. The effect of the project is, among others: shortening of the driving time on the Olsztyn – Toruń – Poznań – Wrocław route by approximately 1.5 hours.

The project included, among others: replacement of over 100 km of tracks without reconstruction of the trackbed and 9 km of tracks with reconstruction of the trackbed, replacement of 75 turnouts as well as renovation of 55 crossings and 16 engineering structures. The effect of the works is to improve the quality of transport services by improving the technical condition of railway line No. 353 on the Inowrocław – Jabłonowo Pomorskie section.
