The most important element of this investment was the construction of a new shipbuilding hall, where the hulls of three state-of-the-art frigates for the Polish Navy, built under the Miecznik Programme, are integrated.

The project included the construction of new facilities as well as the reconstruction of the existing infrastructure. The investment was essential for the implementation of the Miecznik Programme and significantly increased the production capacity of PGZ Naval Shipyard.

The shipbuilding hall is the tallest facility of its kind in the Polish shipbuilding industry and one of the largest in Europe.

The consortium carrying out the project was also responsible for the expansion and reconstruction of the quay, storage yards and internal roads, together with the modernization of the technical infrastructure at the PGZ Naval Shipyard.
