National Road 91 is an alternative for drivers who do not want to use the A1 motorway. The modernized 5-kilometre section runs through the localities of Winowo, Zabijak and Brudzowice in the Silesian Voivodeship. Its reconstruction has improved road safety and driving conditions. The project was carried out by the NDI Group in cooperation with SP Sine Midas Stroy.

The project also included the reconstruction of intersections with cross roads, the renovation of road shoulders and the pavement on an engineering structure, as well as the construction of sidewalks, drainage ditches and stormwater sewerage. Road safety devices, environmental protection measures, utility ducts and road lighting at the intersections leading to the villages of Winowo and Zabijak were also installed.
