NDI SA was the contractor for the general renovation of Hotel Novotel Centrum Poznań. The modernisation was divided into four stages, during each stage successive segments of the facility were renovated.

– Segment C – 94 rooms and 128 bathrooms
– Segment A – 108 rooms and 144 bathrooms
– Segment D – 90 rooms and 116 bathrooms
– Segment B – 78 rooms and 128 bathrooms

Following the completion of the modernisation, the building now houses two hotels of the international Accor brand with separate hotel concierges: IBIS and Novotel.
