Moons Sonnets on the site Gdańsk Shakespeare Theatre

On inauguration of this year’s Shakespeare’s Festival, the Gdansk Shakespeare Theatre building site hosted an artistic event, namely a concert entitled “Moon Sonnets”. For several hours the theatre’s builders left the site and allowed there distinguished artists. In the late evening, on a stage built for this purpose against the theatre’s dark walls, Marek Kondrat read Shakespeare’s sonnets whereas Dorota Miśkiewicz and Grzegorz Turnau with his band offered a beautiful musical setting for the concert.
