Railway Line 210

The investment titled “Revitalisation of railway line No. 210 on the Szczecinek – Runowo Pomorskie section – STAGE II” will last 12 months. It will be made in the design-build system.
The scope of work has been divided into two parts. The primary scope of works includes:
– construction of new Traveller Support Facilities at passenger stops (platform, teletechnical and power industries): locations:
  • Jelenino railway stop (platform no. 2)
  • Czarne Małe railway stop (platform no. 2)
  • Żelisławie Pomorskie railway stop (platform no. 2)
  • Suliszewo Drawskie railway stop (platform no. 2)
  • Wiewiecko railway stop (platform no. 2)
    – replacement of the track surface of railway line No. 210 in track 1 on the section from km 99.000 to km 113.145 (section of the track between Czaplinek and Złocieniec) along with strengthening the track bed. Which results in the revitalisation of 14.145 km of track.
    The optional scope of works includes the replacement of the track surface of railway track No. 210 in track 1 on the section from km 131.196 to km 139.107 (section of the track between the Jankowo Pomorskie station and the railway stop in Wiewiecko) along with strengthening the track bed. Which results in the revitalisation of 7.911 km of track.
    The aim of the project is to improve riding comfort along with increasing speed on the Czaplinek – Złocieniec route on track 1 to a speed of v=120 km/h, which will shorten passengers’ travel time, as well as to improve the comfort and safety of travellers’ service.
