The project was established on the banks of the Motława River, on the site of the first industrial Bread Factory in Gdansk.

The unique atmosphere is created by reclaimed historical elements incorporated into the design. An additional asset is the terrace with a picturesque view of the Old Town.

The building comprises 163 units ranging in size from 26 to 144 sqm.
