Sugar Factory in Pruszcz Gdański
Located just outside the Tricity, in the very centre of Pruszcz Gdański, the 19-hectare site of the historic Sugar Factory is one of a kind in Poland. We intend to make the most of this potential and, while respecting the site's history, create a new town centre that will be welcoming to both new residents and those who have been neighbours of the Sugar Factory for years.
The Old Sugar Factory will gain in splendour and offer new, much-needed spaces – a cultural centre, a sports hall, a recreational zone near the Radunia River, as well as apartments, shops, boutiques, cafés, and restaurants. An additional advantage of this investment is the already existing infrastructure nearby the Sugar Factory – public transportation stops as well as kindergartens and schools. It is also close to key transport hubs: national roads 6 and 1, a highway exit as well as a railway line.
