What we do?
First of all, we are constructors. We carry out diverse projects: from the construction and modernisation of railway lines, construction of office buildings, hotels and luxury apartments, to projects related to the construction of energy or hydrotechnical infrastructure.
We have been present on the market for almost 30 years. We have gained experience by working with major clients
from the financial, insurance and hotel industries.

Knowledge and skills should be constantly developed. Which is why we share our experiences within the NDI Academy. This is a cycle of internal trainings carried out by our Employees.

During the meeting, we talk about Your past professional challenges, plans and expectations. We describe the specifics of the position and present the tasks involved. It is a good moment to clarify any doubts and answer Your questions. The recruitment process is one-step – only some positions require two conversations.
The selected Candidate is presented with an employment offer. Other Candidates invited to interviews receive feedback about the completion of the process.
