The Sopot Downtown Development Project
In the year 2009, we completed the project of comprehensive revitalisation of the downtown area of the City of Sopot. Our roles were those of the developer, general contractor, and joint investor. The investment pursued under the public-private partnership formula represented a pioneer project unprecedented in the region and country, exemplary of the PPP formula. The City of Sopot, the private partner, and the bank sat together and resolved to pursue the downtown development venture.
